Payments & Cancellations: All purchases are subject to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to a scheduled class or session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class or session are non-refundable. RKPORTERYOGA LLC reserves the right to update pricing, offerings, schedules, and policies at any time.
Memberships & Recurring Billing: Memberships provide ongoing access to services and are billed on a recurring basis. Members may cancel their membership at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid renewal. Once a membership payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. RKPORTERYOGA LLC does not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Member Content & Account Use: Membership content, videos, classes, and digital materials are intended for individual personal use only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing member content, reproducing paid materials, or providing unauthorized access to membership services is prohibited. RKPORTERYOGA LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Virtual Classes & Technology: Virtual classes, livestreams, recordings, and member content are provided through third-party platforms and internet services. RKPORTERYOGA LLC is not responsible for interruptions, delays, technical issues, platform outages, internet failures, or other circumstances that may affect access to online content or virtual services.
Intellectual Property: All content, videos, classes, graphics, written materials, branding, and digital resources provided by RKPORTERYOGA LLC are the property of RKPORTERYOGA LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, shared, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in any classes, programs, memberships, or services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation. Music Licensing & Artist Support
Virtual Content: RKPORTERYOGA LLC maintains professional licenses (including synchronization and public performance rights) via services such as Soundtrack Your Brand and YogiTunes to legally provide music in our virtual classes, livestreams, and video content. Users are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, redistributing, or isolating the music from our video content.
Third-Party Platforms: This website may feature links or embedded content from third-party music platforms such as Spotify. Such content is provided for educational, wellness, and personal enjoyment purposes only. RKPORTERYOGA LLC is not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, or content of these third-party services.
In-Person Classes: RKPORTERYOGA LLC maintains the necessary professional licenses and permissions to play music during in-person classes through licensed commercial music services that permit music to be played in business settings in compliance with applicable laws.
Artist Support: We encourage our community to support featured artists by streaming or purchasing their work through authorized platforms.
